The UK Health Security Agency have published guidance outlining personal protective equipment (PPE) advice for unpaid carers who do not live with the person they care for.
This leaflet is available to download or order in the following languages: Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Brazilian Portuguese, Bulgarian, Chinese, Estonian, Farsi, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Latvian, Lithuanian, Panjabi, Pashto, Polish, Romanian, Romany, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Turkish, Twi, Ukrainian, Urdu and Yiddish.
The government recommends that the advice be used alongside guidance for those who provide unpaid care to friends or family and taking into account any local policies for organisations such as care homes or day centres.
