Law for Life & Roma Support Group are excited to announce new, free online training on child protection for Roma advocates.
The training will be delivered on 16th November, 10 am - 12.30pm.
What is the training about?
It will help Roma champions and advocates who support Roma families to gain a better understanding of the child protection process.
As a result of attending this training you will:
Improve your understanding about the child protection process and key agencies involved in safeguarding of children in England,
Understand some of the reasons why Children’s Services get involved,
Develop strategies needed to support Roma parents to positively engage with Children’s Services.
Who should attend?
This training is aimed at intermediaries - Roma champions, advocates and support workers who support Roma families involved with Children's Services.
